We started with a body/chakra scan meditation, which I tend to struggle with, but with Naomi leading me through it, I felt so relaxed and balanced to start the session. I loved the work that we then did to reframe my mindset around my situation; I love woo-woo emotional and spiritual work, but part of me craves structure and a tangible process that I can see, and I had that through every step with Naomi.
I left feeling so empowered by the mental shifts that we made together... Naomi used simple yet unbelievably effective and visceral methods to give me easy ways to immediately access the way I want to feel anytime, any place.

I had the most amazing session with Naomi. We worked on negative, limiting emotions and we were able to go back to a past life (I know, crazy, right? This stuff SO works!) and I was able to heal feelings of anger, sadness, and fear... When she asked me if the emotions were still in me, I was like "What emotions? I'm confused - I don't know what you're talking about." SO POWERFUL. Working with Naomi, I was able to recognize and neutralize negative emotions and I feel so much more empowered in my business, empowered to take care of myself - mind, body, and spirit! Hi, I'm Naomi, your Energy & Empowerment Mindset Coach
My path to becoming a wellness & mindset coach revealed itself as I embarked on my own personal journey. What started as a journey rooted in health & nutrition quickly became a full transformation from someone who felt stuck, unhappy, ashamed, and had lost her sparkle, to a shiny badass goddess who reclaimed her confidence, found joy in life, and discovered her purpose to help others and build community.
By investing in myself and doing the inner work, I lost 50lbs., left my misaligned 9-5 job, improved the relationships in my life that truly mattered, and finally got my groove back!
Now, as a Life & Success coach, Practitioner of NLP, T.I.M.E. Techniques, EFT, Hypnotherapy, and Integrative Alchemy, and a certified Nutrition Mindset Mentor, I support womxn who are ready to show up as the best version of themselves - in their bodies, in the careers, in their relationships - and create their dream lives that feel aligned AF and bring them joy & abundance.
Being a self-professed color geek and proponent of the woo & taboo, I found myself drawn to working with the Chakra System. Adding chakra work to my toolkit has helped me and my clients create true magic by tuning into their energy and intuition!
